Het Wisselding
The Project
An educational activity for young and old to accompany the exhibition ‘the Thing Itself’ showcasing the works of artist René Wirths at the Kunsthal Rotterdam. The concept was called ‘Wisselding’ (Exchange Thing). It was nothing more than a camera with a white pillar in front and a random object on top. Visitors were invited to exchange the object for whatever they were carrying with them, taking what was there and leaving the other thing for the next person to find.

As Head of the Educational department I was responsible for the full project.
