IKEA UK sought to stand out and attract new talent in the UK’s competitive labor market. In order to do so we created the game IKEA The Co-Worker, where people were paid to work for the digital IKEA store to showcase the job opportunities and careers progression within IKEA. The project was a huge award wining success, winning the first ever Cannes Lion for Roblox.
